I put Jeff through the ringer he worked with me for a year and a half he never pressured me gave me great options and always had the answer to my questions was very knowledgeable about the valley and everything real estate you could not do better when looking for a Agent

Jeff Cayton was there for me no matter what brokerage I was with, because he cares about people and isn’t just about making money. He enjoys helping and motivating others. He walked me through step by step every process I needed help with. He doesn’t do it for you, he helps you understand how to do it on your own. When he is done teaching and coaching you, you not only know what, you also know the why.

Jeff is the ALLSTAR realtor. He communicated thoroughly through the process. He recommended several contractors to me and provided a buyers book of information, that I refer back to. I will refer those I care about to Jeff, knowing they will be served well.

Can't say enough good things about Jeff Cayton and the r3homegroup team. Jeff was super in tune with the market and the activity in my neighborhood, and helped us build a rock solid strategy for our sale. He helped with prepping the house for sale, what was they best day and time to launch, what was the best pricing model, and negotiating the acceptance offer. We had to leave the state before we closed escrow, and his management of that for us was above and beyond. Jeff brings experience, dedication, and most importantly trust. I recommend him without hesitation.

Paul is the best! He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire home buying/selling process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Paul to all my family and friends—and without a doubt, I’ll be using his services again in the future. Thank you, Paul!

As a mortgage loan officer, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with Paul on multiple transactions, and I can confidently say he is one of the most dedicated and professional real estate agents I've worked with. Paul consistently goes above and beyond for their clients, providing clear communication, expert guidance, and unwavering support from start to finish. Their attention to detail and commitment to making the homebuying process smooth for both clients and partners are truly remarkable. He always ensures his clients are well-prepared, making the financing process more efficient and stress-free. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients and works seamlessly with all parties involved, I highly recommend Paul. It’s always a pleasure to work with him.

Worked with Jeff and Paul and they did a great job. Communication was seamless, and everything closed on time. I would highly recommend the R3 Home Group team for any real estate needs.

I had an excellent experience working with Paul when transitioning from California to Arizona. I was specifically looking for a property in Ahwatukee, and Paul's deep knowledge of the area was invaluable. He successfully located a home that not only met all my amenity requirements but was also centrally located. Furthermore, Paul skillfully negotiated a favorable price on my behalf. As a first-time home buyer, the process can be daunting, but Paul's guidance and clear communication ensured I felt confident and informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Paul's services to anyone seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate agent.

The best in the biz! Highly recommend Jeff and r3homegroup for anything real estate!

Jeff was very knowledgeable in real estate. I felt I was in great hands.

Great home buying experience! We worked with Paul Eide who was absolutely fantastic! We were looking for an investment purchase for our daughter, near her college. He listened to our wants and needs and came through for us big time! He knew the area we were looking in like the back of his hand. He made sure she was close to her school and in a safe neighborhood. Paul isn't out for Paul. He was looking out for my daughter's best interest! Refreshing right? He knew what we wanted to do with our purchase and made sure to check into all of our questions, details and options. He has a way of making a home purchase as close to easy as you can get! Buying a home can be so very stressful, but not this time! Paul is genuinely kind and sincere. With his calm demeanor and expertise in real estate, I felt confident with our purchase. We highly recommend Paul and his team! Would definitely work with Paul again! THANK YOU!

Paul Eide is honest, professional, and very dedicated above and beyond. Thank you for everything!

Paul really came through, even in moments when we weren’t sure of the outcome, he gracefully took the helm and helped us every step of the way. We are so happy and satisfied with his performance we highly recommend him.

This is the 2nd house I have bought with Paul Eide. Just recently moved and everything went pretty smoothly. I highly recommend him if you’re interested in buying or selling a home. I plan to recommend him to my friends in the Pacific Northwest who will be retiring and wanting to move to Arizona. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

My husband and I were not excited about buying in this market, but we knew we were beyond ready to buy and couldn’t wait. I reached out to Paul who was the listing agent for a house we liked. It was pending sale, but he kindly offered to set us up for a search to help us find another home. Many agents had done this for us and we met a few of them before Paul. From the first email to signing paperwork, Paul was not only knowledgeable and confident; he was available and motivated. It was very clear he was not just another agent trying to make a sale. His positive and friendly demeanor quickly made us feel at ease with the process. You can tell he likes his job! We always felt well informed and ready. Paul was more than happy to show me a home, even at the last minute. He answered all questions, even the ones we didn’t think to ask. We really felt like we were working with the friendliest expert out there. He was organized and efficient; as well as his team. He knows how to get you a house in this market. Most importantly, we really felt like he advocated for us and will look back on the experience fondly. We found our home and couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking for a real estate agent who takes pride in his work and values his clients, pick him!

"Could not be happier with Jeff. He guided us through some tricky scenarios and provided us with a clear strategy for finding somewhere to live. Even after we were denied for a home he was still able to get us that home. Would not want to use anybody else. Thanks Jeff!"

You're the best thing to happen to the Gordon & Lona Miller family in a very long time Jeff. We had such a great experience! You were thorough, hard-working, conscientious, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient,,,,whoops, the scout Law..... You gave us great advice, went out of your way to make things work especially considering I was in Utah and Gordon was in Kingman. It couldn't have been better.. But I don't want to fill out the survey. I'm a poop. I'm actually up to my eyeballs in lots of things, including one being trying to get everything ready to come down and make sure the house we closed on today/tomorrow is ready for renters ASAP (Thursday). I guess it doesn't help that we just love you. You really need it in writing for more business. ?? May I do it when I get back after Labor Day?

"This is the second time Jeff has helped our family find a great home. Although we weren’t looking to purchase a home, he showed us rentals and treated us as if we were purchasing a home. He is professional, prompt, knowledgeable on the area, and truly cares about his clients. He went above and beyond for my family and I highly recommend his expertise if you’re looking to purchase or lease a home. I am confident that you will have a great experience!"

"Jeff was very patient, knowledgeable, and understood the process of buying a home perfectly. I would definitely recommend him if you are in the process or selling or buying a home."

"I'm considering moving to Phoenix, and Jeff took the time to show me and some friends of mine around town to look at potential apartments and get a general feeling of the area. He was very welcoming and informative, knew the area really well and gave us a good overview of what it would be like to live in the different cities of the Phoenix metro area."

"I honestly could not be happier with our experience with Jeff! We were just coming in town to check out the area and Jeff gave us a full tour of the town and really helped us get a gauge for which area we would like best. He has been so incredibly helpful before, during, and after our meeting! I could not recommend him enough."

"Jeff was extremely helpful in selling our home in another city from which we live. He scheduled all the repairs and inspections for us. He was extremely responsive to all our questions and calls. Dealing with Jeff made this home sell worry free and stress free. He has since helped us with other realtor referrals in different cities for a land purchase. Highly recommend his services."

"I moved to Arizona to be closer to family. Jeff is a family friend. I was amazed at how friendly he is. He never meets a stranger. He was available to look at my house and walk me they process of buying a home in AZ. He was spot on. I could always get help and assistance very timely. He even gave great referrals for carpet cleaning, re-keying locks and moving help. I highly recommend you talk to him. You will be glad you did."

"Jeff was fantastic and helpful in everyway through this process! He even went a far as helping me keep the grass cut and mail checked. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone!!"

"Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, and he always available to answer all of my questions! It was overall a great experience!"

"Jeff was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of purchasing our new home. We moved to Arizona from out of state and he truly made the entire process stress-free and everything went smoothly. He was easy to work with in setting up times for my husband to travel to AZ to walk through properties with him. I was not able to travel and see the homes in person and Jeff was very thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable during the entire process which made me feel confident in purchasing a home I had yet to see in person. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone in need of a realtor."

"We were buying a house long distance and Jeff was just great. He helped us every step of the way, answering all our calls and texts, and going above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly and we didn’t have to worry about anything. We’ve already recommended Jeff to a friend wanting to buy in the same area!"

Jeff is great to work with. Very prompt and quick in his responses. Very helpful and friendly

"Helpful and transparent with the entire experience and exceptionally willing to assist a first time homebuyer with ALL questions on the process. Very easy to work with and always available to answer any question"

"Jeff is your go to realtor to help you navigate and set real expectations for the crazy hot Phoenix market right now. He is very, responsive, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, on time, and will be their for you from the beginning to the end. This was my first time buying a home so he was patient, coached me and eventually knew what I was thinking all the time. I feel absolutely lucky to have found Jeff and the deal he found saved me 10 to 15 thousand dollars. We shared a lot of laughs and made the process as fun as possible. I would highly recommend him!"

I would highly recommend Jeff Cayton to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is courteous, patient, professional & kind. We didn't make his job easy either, with a moving target of wants & needs as we viewed more homes for sale. He always made himself available, sometimes at a moment's notice to view a listing we had unearthed & always treated us as if we were his only clients, when we knew in fact he had many cases going. Jeff's love of this area, and knowledge & enthusiasm for his job are so apparent in how he "gets the job done". I think this is the 3rd. time Zillow has sent me this survey & hopefully they'll get their game together with giving Jeff the recognition he deserves.

"My realtor, Jeff Cayton, was the best! After no success finding a townhome with another realtor, I found Jeff! I knew what i was looking for and Jeff was finally able to find it for me. It took a couple months to find the right place, but Jeff was patient and found the perfect place that I was looking for. He listened and knew exactly the type of home I wanted. I have nothing but the highest praise for Jeff!"

"Jeff Cayton was wonderful and we really were impressed with all of his efforts on both the sale and the purchase of a new home. Jeff held open houses 4-5 days a week and marketed our home for a quick sale at top dollar. Our home was sold in less than 3 weeks. WOW!!! Thanks Jeff"

"We was wanting to buy a house in the southern part of Phoenix and living out of state used Jeff to find the right property for us. My wife and I made one trip to Phoenix and meet with Jeff and looked at several houses. We let him know what we were looking for and the location we were interested in buying a property in. My daughter was living in Tempe and with Jeff's help they found the property that was what we were wanting and we made the purchase."

"Couldn't have had a better experience with Jeff. He helped and guided us every step of the way just like family. Totally professional, respectful and sensitive to our situation. Would have and recommend him anytime."

Jeff was prompt, and always available. He stuck to exactly what we were looking for. He walked us through the process and even recommended a few lenders for us to reach out to on top of what we already had. I would recommend him to anyone looking for real estate.

We would like to express a huge, thank you to Jeff Cayton for all his tireless work to sell our Arizona home! We closed today, bittersweet, but couldn’t have asked for a better agent! We are not losing a realtor, but gaining a lifetime friend. AND… Happy Birthday!!!

When we hired Jeff Cayton to represent us to sell our home we went into the relationship guarded and with very little trust from negative experiences working with realtors in the past. We were open with Jeff about our feelings and unfortunately, he had his hands full to quickly sell our home and to earn our trust due to his predecessors. Jeff immediately went to work and assured us he would provide the level of service we deserved. He found mistakes made by a previous realtor that may have caused our home to not sell after it was listed for a number of months, he promoted our home on several platforms, held open houses and partnered with other realtors to expand exposure. Jeff went over and above catering to our needs as an out-of-state homeowner by regularly checking on our vacant home to be sure the thermostats were set appropriate for the weather, monitoring air filters and never hesitated to help with anything if we called. Jeff communicated with us many times a week providing updates or just to say hello. Jeff was very honest with his opinion when offers were presented and explained offer details to help us make educated decisions. When we did accept an offer that he navigated while he was on vacation, Jeff hand-held us through the entire process seamlessly from start to finish. We can’t thank Jeff enough for his dedication and drive to sell our home. We can confidently say, we not only gained a realtor but, a friend. Thank you, Jeff for all you do for your clients!

Thank you to Jeff for your services and helping us to look for different houses. It was a pleasure to work with you. We appreciate your professionalism and how responsive you was to our questions. We highly recommend him.

I have sold 2 houses through this company and have experienced outstanding service in both instances. I could not be happier. Special mention and shout out to Jeff Cayton. Absolute superb professionalism! Highly recommended.

Hands-down, the best realtor in Arizona. Jeff Cayton knows the Phoenix area like the back of his hand. He is very knowledgeable in terms of real estate and mortgages. In addition, he is an all-around nice person. Patient, responsive, empathetic, and extremely reliable and consistent. We have used Jeff Cayton multiple times and consider him a friend. He is a great person overall. I trust him with my life at this point.
